Nail Brush
We tested several different nail brushes before we found one that is not only comfortable on our hands, but also does a good job cleaning brayers.
If you are using the brayer with water-based ink, remove as much ink as possible by rolling the brayer onto newsprint or scrap paper, then rub in SavvySoap or a similar mild soap with the Nail Brush. Rinse. When using soy-oil based ink (Akua Intaglio), try using Dawn, a dish washing liquid that contains a de-greaser.
These brushes have a row of bristles on each side, one 9/16" wide x 2 7/8" long and the other 3/4" wide x 2 7/8" long. Natural bristles are mounted into a hardwood handle. Made in China.
