Introducing Chris Harmon!
Chris has experience in all printmaking disciplines including Moku Hanga and Solarplate relief and intaglio. He is an excellent addition to the McClain’s team and we’re so glad to have him at the shop. You’ll hear Chris on the phone, receive packages and emails from him and soon you’ll see his work in our online gallery.

Moku Hanga Workshop at Marylhurst University taught by Richard Steiner
In early September McClain’s teamed up with the Drachen Foundation to host a Moku Hanga workshop taught by Richard Steiner. Richard studied under Masahiko Tokumitsu, a master printmaker, for 10 years in Japan before he received his artist’s name and began teaching. McClain’s has been bringing Richard to the USA from Japan for the past four years to teach Moku Hanga workshops.
