As a small, mail-order business we are doing our very best to stay open safely while continuing to send you with the supplies you need during this difficult time.
In order to maintain the required safe, social distancing, we have had to drop from six employees to no more than three here each day. For this reason, it is taking us extra time to process and ship orders.
- ALL ORDERS WILL BE FILLED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. Requesting Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day UPS will not change this. If you have an immediate deadline, I am sorry but we will not be able to meet it. Custom size blocks especially may take 14 days or more before they are shipped and for now we cannot accept orders for custom bench hooks or registration boards or any blocks larger than 18x24.
- When you receive your order, please take proper safety precautions while opening it. Either wait one day before touching the cardboard box or wipe it down with disinfectant, then wash your hands. It is our understanding that the ability of the virus to survive inside the box is small but we recommend that to be safe, wipe down our packaging and the supplies with disinfectant, placing the packaging in the box as you go. Throw away the box and packaging, and then wash your hands.
- If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message so we can call you back in the afternoon after that day’s orders have been picked up. It may also take a day or two for us to respond to your emails.
