Arches 88
A bright white waterleaf paper with a smooth surface on both sides, Arches 88 is ideal for monotypes, silk screen, lithography and intaglio. (Do not soak Arches 88 in a water bath. Like handmade paper and other unsized papers, it will dissolve. If you wish to dampen it, use a damp pack.)
Because it is not sized, it absorbs ink freely even when it is dry. Arches 88 is perfect for printing with Akua Kolor inks on dry paper. With Akua Intaglio inks, drying can be slow depending on how much ink is used. Arches 88 is acid free.
